HR Compass 2026 Osaka: Enhancing Recruitment Strategies
As the job market continues to evolve, the importance of effective recruitment strategies has never been clearer. On June 30, 2026, ONE CAREER Inc., in collaboration with ProFuture, will host a pivotal offline event named
HR Compass 2026 Osaka. This event is designed primarily for new graduate recruitment professionals seeking innovative solutions to tackle the rising issue of candidate dropouts during the hiring process.
Event Overview
The central theme of the HR Compass 2026 is
“preventing offer declines.” It features a diverse lineup of experts from various fields, as well as interactions among corporate HR professionals and students. Attendees will engage in discussions around the latest trends in student behavior and actionable examples, with a focus on how organizations can adapt their recruitment strategies to better resonate with potential hires.
A networking session is also planned, providing participants with a unique opportunity to exchange insights and experiences with one another.
Context for the Event
In the current hiring landscape, the time taken from securing an offer to actual employment has lengthened considerably. Consequently, the effectiveness of recruitment processes is now heavily influenced by the quality of candidate experiences and communications. As AI technology progresses alongside shifts in the information landscape, traditional recruitment methods struggle to capture the true intentions and feelings of students.
Continuing outdated selection processes will make it increasingly difficult for companies to identify suitable candidates or be chosen by them. Therefore, this event aims to revisit the concept of
“offer declines” by analyzing decision-making from multiple perspectives — specifically, the
“communication methods,” “practices of corporate HR,” and
“student sentiments.” Attendees can expect to leave equipped with practical strategies they can apply in their own hiring processes.
Key Highlights of the Event
HR Compass 2026 will approach its theme through three essential viewpoints:
1.
Insights from Distinct Domains (Communication):
Kaori Chiba, the CEO of Kaeka, and a respected speech trainer, will break down the
“structure of dialogue” that influences student decision-making. Her unique perspective is expected to offer valuable insights into effective communication with potential hires.
2.
Practical Knowledge (Corporate HR Initiatives):
Yui Fujiwara from Rohto Pharmaceutical will share her company’s groundbreaking approach to recruitment. By eliminating document screening for the 2027 graduating class and implementing a new recruitment flow called
“Entry Meet,” she will provide insights on how to cultivate mutual understanding during the hiring process.
3.
Authentic Student Perspectives:
A discussion featuring students from the 2027 graduating class will explore the criteria influencing their decisions to accept or decline job offers, shedding light on the boundary between attractive and unappealing companies.
Additionally, the event will feature a second part — a networking gathering where speakers, attendees, and students can exchange information in a more relaxed setting, complete with refreshments.
