On May 21, 2026, TEDCO (the Maryland Technology Development Corporation) announced its newly appointed executive officers and board members for the fiscal year 2027, with leadership changes set to take effect from July 1, 2026. The newly elected Board of Directors features notable industry leaders:

  • - Treasurer: William Roberts, Significance, Inc.

TEDCO operates under a 19-member board of directors where 14 members are appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Maryland Senate. The board also includes a member from the Maryland Department of Commerce, who serves ex officio.
