In the first webinar, Matt will delve into the differences between qualitative and quantitative research methods, exploring their unique characteristics. Participants will identify when to use exploratory, evaluative, and generative research to suit specific needs. Additionally, fundamental concepts such as recruiting usability test participants and crafting effective research plans will be discussed.
