In a remarkable achievement, Shake Up Cocktails has emerged as the winner of the InvestBev Accelerator Pitch Day competition, showcasing its innovative lineup of all-natural, gluten-free ready-to-drink cocktails. The event, held at InvestBev’s Chicago headquarters on November 6, marked the culmination of the Accelerator’s Fall 2025 cohort and highlighted the future potential of emerging brands in the beverage industry.

Co-founded by entrepreneurs Jamie and Dan Fahrner, Shake Up Cocktails prides itself on offering cocktails made from real ingredients and vibrant flavors that cater to health-conscious consumers looking for enjoyable drinking experiences. Dan Fahrner expressed his elation upon learning of their victory, remarking, “It feels surreal to share that Shake Up Cocktails was chosen as the pitch contest winner at the InvestBev Accelerator program. The intense experience of the past eight weeks—focused on sharpening our message and strategy—were truly transformative for us.”

InvestBev, recognized as the largest private equity firm dedicated to the adult beverage and consumer packaged goods sectors, awarded Shake Up Cocktails with $100,000 in capital and strategic services. This financial support aims to propel the company into its next growth phase. Brian Rosen, the Founder and General Partner at InvestBev, commended Shake Up Cocktails for its clarity in both execution and its go-to-market strategies. He noted, “The strength and clarity of Shake Up Cocktails' plan stood out, demonstrating how it will drive both short- and long-term business objectives.”

The Pitch Day competition showcased a diverse selection of brands participating in the InvestBev Accelerator. The Fall 2025 cohort comprised early-stage beverage brands encompassing spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, and functional drinks, such as 3708 American Agave, Banter Rum, and Celosa Rosé Tequila among others. Throughout the three-month Accelerator program, participants engaged in various workshops, mentorship sessions, and investor-readiness exercises led by seasoned experts in the beverage industry.
