Starting October 25, 2025, the SUNRISE World stores in six locations—Tokyo, Yokohama, Hakata, Kyoto, Sendai, and Koshigaya—will host the remarkable "SUNRISE Anniversary Girls" fair. This event pays tribute to legendary anime titles celebrating significant anniversaries: Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam (40 years), Dirty Pair (40 years), GEAR Fighter Dendoh (25 years), and Mai-HiME (20 years). Featuring beloved female characters, this fair is set to ignite a wave of nostalgia and excitement among fans.

Special Art and Merchandise

Creative talents will present exclusive illustrations and rare licensed artworks showcasing these iconic characters. The fair will unveil a range of original new products inspired by these beloved series, enhancing fan collections and delighting merchandising enthusiasts. Customers spending 3,000 yen (tax included) in merchandise will receive a randomly selected mini colored paper featuring illustrations by notable creators such as Hiroyuki Kitazume and Fujihiko Hosono, only available at SUNRISE World.

Additional Celebrations and Activities

Moreover, the event will also highlight anniversary celebrations for New Mobile Report Gundam W (30 years) and Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans (10 years), ensuring a comprehensive gathering of female characters from across the Gundam universe.

At the Tokyo location, a special Message Corner will be set up, allowing attendees to leave notes or messages for their favorite characters or shows, creating an engaging community experience. Visitors to Tokyo, Yokohama, and Hakata can also enjoy special latte art drinks featuring designs of 22 different female characters during this event.

The fair's cafe area within the Bandai Namco Cross Store will present limited-time latte art drinks that feature beautiful illustrations from the various series. Available at the Tokyo, Yokohama, and Hakata stores, these drinks will showcase characters like from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, Dirty Pair, among others.

Visitors can also look forward to a variety of free exhibits, including creator signature displays, a collection of giant tapestry visuals featuring 30 Sunrise robots, and themed showcases. Specific character height measures will also be displayed at designated locations.
