Haier has recently celebrated a remarkable achievement by being recognized as the only IoT ecosystem brand listed in the Kantar BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands 2026. This acknowledgment marks the eighth consecutive year that Haier has held this prestigious position, showcasing its sustained excellence and growth in the competitive landscape of global branding. The Kantar BrandZ ranking not only evaluates financial performance but also considers brand equity strength and future growth potential based on consumer perception, reflecting Haier's strategic evolution over the years.

Despite economic fluctuations, the overall value of the top 100 global brands saw a notable increase of 22% in 2026, soaring to a staggering 13.1 trillion USD. Among these distinguished brands, thirteen are Chinese, indicating a notable rise in the stature of Chinese entities on the global stage. Tech giants such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon continue to dominate the rankings, but the impressive gains of Chinese brands, averaging a 32% value increase year-over-year, heralds a promising trend.

Since its debut in the rankings in 2019, Haier has climbed from position 89 to 53, achieving a brand value of approximately 52.949 billion USD. This upward trajectory underscores the resilience and long-term viability of Haier’s unique ecosystem brand model. According to Wang Xing, CEO of Kantar Greater China and Global Chair of Kantar BrandZ, Haier has transitioned from being a mere appliance manufacturer to a diversified enterprise with six industrial ecosystems. Its strategic advancements in its ecosystem branding are evident in the competitiveness and integration achieved across various sectors.

Haier’s ecosystem model comprises six core areas:
1. Smart Home Ecosystem: Focusing on intelligent living, HVAC systems, and solutions tailored for seniors, featuring the "Smart Home Brain" designed for hands-free operation.
2. Health Ecosystem: The brand Incaier leads in health markets, boasting a value exceeding 47 billion RMB (around 6.91 billion USD), making it a frontrunner in China's pharmaceutical and health sectors.
3. Automotive Ecosystem: Haier's ventures in personalized mobility and vehicle solutions are positioned through partnerships with Autohome and CARtech.
4. Digital Economy Ecosystem: This encompasses Haier’s COSMOPlat AI+, an industrial internet platform that promotes digital transformation across various industries.
5. Robotics Ecosystem: Through Shanghai STEP Electric Co., Ltd., Haier showcases its capabilities as a leader in the global IoT elevator market.
6. New Energy Ecosystem: Solutions focusing on green energy and AI-driven robots play a crucial role in advancing towards a carbon-neutral economy across sectors.

The growth in Haier's brand value reflects a solid operational performance, indicated by an impressive worldwide revenue of 426.8 billion RMB (approximately 59.8 billion USD) in 2025, recording a 6.3% increase from the previous year. Its international reach spans over 200 countries and regions, with Haier leading the global market for major appliances for 17 consecutive years. Furthermore, it ranks as number one in eight countries, including the USA and Thailand.

Haier's commitment to enhancing brand awareness beyond household appliances is evident through its participation in global infrastructure projects, like the Panama Bridge. Haier Biomedical continues to pursue vital projects internationally, reinforcing its stance in key markets, including the UK Biobank, and marking significant shareholdings. Additionally, in 2026, Haier aims to evolve into a fully AI-integrated company, positioning itself strategically as part of the shift from "Made in China" to "Created in China." This transition illustrates a model where China's strengths meet its capability to adapt to global demands, further cementing Haier’s place as a formidable competitor in the global market.
