JA Kyosai Launches 'Tasukai Story' Campaign to Spread Kindness

JA Kyosai Launches the 'Tasukai Story Episode Submission Campaign'

JA Kyosai (Japan Agricultural Cooperatives), led by President Yoshihiko Murayama, is excited to announce the commencement of the 'Tasukai Story Episode Submission Campaign' as part of its 'Tasukai Story Project.' The campaign will officially kick off on November 6, 2025, through the organization's official X and Instagram accounts, aimed at inspiring a greater sense of community and kindness.

What is the 'Tasukai Story Episode Submission Campaign'?

The 'Tasukai Story Project' has been collecting personal accounts of kindness until October 31, 2025, via a dedicated campaign website. In a bid to encourage wider participation, the latest initiative invites individuals to share their real-life experiences of kindness in a concise format. Participants can submit a maximum of 100 characters outlining a moment when they felt supported by others, making it a relatable experience for all.

As an added incentive, 60 lucky participants will be chosen through a draw to receive premium gifts from JA Kyosai. They will have the option to choose from:
  • - Rice: A selection of two types of premium rice (2 kg each) from the 2025 harvest.
  • - Meat: 500 grams of A5 ranked Hida beef, perfect for sukiyaki.
  • - Fruits: Two boxes of 11 strawberries each from Okayama Prefecture, totaling approximately 500 grams.

How to Participate

Submission Period:

  • - From November 6, 2025, 10:00 AM to December 19, 2025, 11:59 PM.

How to Submit on X:

  • - Follow the official account and post your story using the hashtag #TasukaiStory within 100 characters.

How to Submit on Instagram:

  • - Follow the official account and comment on the campaign post with your story in 100 characters or less.

The theme of the submission focuses on personal experiences of kindness, fostering a sense of community through shared stories.

Special Recognition: The 'Tasukai Story Collection'

In addition to the social media campaign, stories submitted during this initiative and the earlier 'Tasukai Story Recruitment Campaign' will be reviewed for inclusion in what is dubbed the 'Tasukai Story Collection.' Stories that resonate across generations and effectively convey the value of kindness will be selected for a special presentation and recognition ceremony, with details to be announced later.

Future Learning Initiatives

This initiative is part of a broader mission by JA Kyosai to reaffirm the importance of kindness as a fundamental aspect of human interaction. The 'Tasukai Story Project' was initially launched from May 20 to October 31, 2025, to highlight the essential nature of mutual support in building a better society. Numerous heartwarming stories have already been submitted, with selected narratives inspiring an upcoming animation titled 'Tasukai Story.' This animated series features engaging characters modeled after popular voices in the community, Minami Hamabe and Haruka Fukuhara, appearing in a series of four episodes slated for release on the campaign's special site by March 31, 2026.

Production Details

The animation being produced by 'Hakuro,' who is renowned for their work on films like 'Godzilla-1.0,' and 'Stand By Me Doraemon,' promises realistic emotional portrayals and stunning visual artistry. The community is invited to engage with these stories and promote the message of kindness across society.
