Maison Cacao, founded by Shingo Ishihara, takes pride in its commitment to freshness and quality. Each month, Maison Cacao highlights a different flavor, resulting in a collection of 12 exquisite Gâteau Chocolat that actively showcases the artistry behind their unique chocolate-making process.

The Essence of No.7


The No.7 flavor profile is meticulously crafted, carefully blending cacao from two distinct regions in Colombia: the southwest, known for its fruity and nutty characteristics, and the northeastern mountainous region, which offers deep bitterness and acidity.
