This event is aimed at media representatives and will take place at Jinjib's Tokyo branch in Osaki, utilizing a hybrid format that combines in-person attendance with online participation via Zoom.

Japan's labor market is currently undergoing unprecedented changes. Contributing to this transformation are critical issues such as a severe labor shortage, an increase in the employment rate of people with disabilities, the impact of AI on labor dynamics, and the diversification of workers' values—all of which require companies to rethink traditional hiring and management practices.

This seminar will feature presentations from three companies at the forefront of the human resources field, each providing insights from distinct perspectives: the employment of people with disabilities, resort jobs focusing on career transitions for individuals aged 20 to 40, and guidance for high school students entering the workforce. The event aims to clarify necessary structural changes in the labor market as we approach 2026. Based on the latest data, participants will learn about the optimal employment choices for workers and gain a comprehensive view of the current market realities and future possibilities that can only be presented in collaboration with these three organizations.
