SWI Group Joins NVIDIA Cloud Partner Program
On
August 31, 2026, the
SWI Group, a leading investment firm recognized for its robust
3.6 gigawatts of energy capacity across Europe and the United States, announced its new status as a
NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP). This significant step marks an ascension into an exclusive circle of companies with proven proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure.
Being selected for the NCP program grants SWI access to NVIDIA's validated reference architectures and specifications, streamlining the deployment of state-of-the-art NVIDIA-certified capabilities as their platform continues its expansion. This partnership is a vital leap forward in efforts to enhance SWI’s infrastructure solidly tailored for a broad spectrum of AI workloads, from model training and refinement to production-scale inference and agent-based AI deployments.
The company showcases a certified suite of NVIDIA skills that encompass computing paradigms, networking, and enterprise software. This collection signals SWI’s ambition to establish itself as a vertically integrated computing service provider, incorporating cutting-edge NVIDIA GPUs into their own AI factories and constructing an AI cloud platform leveraging
NVIDIA AI Enterprise software.
Max-Hervé George, the founder and CEO of SWI Group, remarked, "SWI Group is taking a significant stride towards positioning itself as a global player in vertically integrated AI. Initially focusing on land, energy, and real estate; our approach today pivots towards chips, tokens, and applications. Our collaboration with NVIDIA will significantly bolster our position in Europe, the United States, and beyond.”
In addition to this partnership, SWI Group recently secured a majority stake in
Genesis Digital Assets, now branded as
SWI Digital, which operates a
1.3 GW data center—their key anchor point in the U.S. market. In Europe, SWI's advancements are evident with
AiOnX, a portfolio of
2.3 GW that spans locations including
Ireland,
the United Kingdom,
Spain,
Denmark, and
Italy, where one site has been leased to a hyperscaler.
SWI’s ongoing investments in other business areas also continue to thrive. Notably,
Varia US, managed under the SWI banner, recently concluded a joint venture valued at
$693.9 million with
Brookfield Asset Management.
