Toshin's Free Seminar for High School Students Balancing Clubs and Studies

Supporting Senior High School Students in Balancing Studies and Activities

Toshin, operated by Nagase, is set to launch a special seminar aimed at high school seniors involved in club activities, starting April 22. This initiative, titled "Special Invitation Seminar for 3rd Year Students in Clubs", is designed to assist students in managing their studies effectively while pursuing university admissions. Students will have the chance to experience outstanding lectures from first-rate instructors for free, an offer valued at approximately 20,900 yen.

The seminar focuses on leveraging the skills developed through club activities—such as mental strength, physical stamina, and concentration—to help students excel in their academic pursuits, particularly in examinations for their desired universities. Participants will receive five 90-minute lessons led by renowned educators, along with a series of motivational enhancements aimed at boosting their learning experience.

Seminar Highlights

1. Engaging Lectures to Increase Motivation
Acclaimed instructors, known for their engaging and clear explanations, will deliver high-quality lessons that help students improve not only their academic knowledge but also their enthusiasm for studying. The course lineup includes various levels from challenging entrance exam preparations to foundational courses, ensuring that each participant receives tailored guidance based on their current academic standing and aspirations.

2. Coaching Support for Strategic Admission Preparation
For students transitioning from their club activities to focused exam preparations, personalized coaching will be available. Instructors will assist each individual in crafting effective study plans that align with their goals, helping them navigate the dense terrain of entrance exams with confidence. This aspect is particularly beneficial for students who may feel overwhelmed or uncertain about how to balance their time post-club activities.

3. Rapid Vocabulary Mastery
A digital course focused on mastering 1800 key English words in preparation for the national common entrance exams will be offered. Using a user-friendly app, students are encouraged to utilize gaps in their schedules efficiently, making it possible to master the vocabulary in as little as one week.
