Trent Johnson has assumed the role of Vice President and District Manager in Minneapolis. With nearly 45 years of PCL's presence in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region, Johnson aims to support ongoing growth in the Dakotas. He is dedicated to enhancing community involvement where PCL employees live and work. Having nearly 30 years of industry experience, he has ensured PCL upholds its reputation for providing exceptional construction services. Trent's academic credentials include an associate degree in architectural drafting and estimating from North Dakota State College of Science and a bachelor's degree in construction management from North Dakota State University. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design + Construction.

Denver and Rocky Mountain Region


Mauricio Ramos has been promoted to Vice President and District Manager, overseeing operations throughout Colorado. A PCL veteran with 20 years of experience, Ramos is concentrating on strategic growth in the Denver area while maintaining the company's stringent safety protocols. He has committed to delivering high-quality project performance and adapting services to meet clients’ evolving needs. Ramos earned his civil engineering degree from the University of Arizona and a master's degree in business administration from HEC Montreal.
