Major Update for Aeruta Launches Today

On December 18, 2025, Gravity Game Arise Co., Ltd., based in Chuo City, Tokyo, released an exciting update, Version 1.1.0, for their hybrid action RPG, Aeruta. This update significantly enhances player convenience and introduces various new features designed to improve gameplay strategy and comfort. Version 1.1.0 Update Highlights

New Weapon Preset Feature

One of the standout additions is the "Weapon Preset" feature, which allows players to store and switch between three presets for each weapon. This means players can now save configurations for skill trees, equipped breads, badges, and weapon modifications. Players can quickly adapt their setups at the touch of a button to match the unique attributes of different dungeons or battle scenarios, greatly expanding their strategic options. Moreover, experience points and advanced enhancement levels will now be shared across all presets.

New Costumes for Patty

As players progress through the main storyline and unlock higher affinity levels, they will gain access to exclusive costume items for the game character Patty. When a character's affinity reaches level 6, players can earn costumes themed around that character. Existing save data with these conditions met will allow players to receive these items upon loading. Additionally, new special costumes are available as random drops after defeating unique bosses in the "Path to the Hero" mode.

Improved Patty Development System

Players can now enhance Patty’s growth without relying solely on synthesis. When Patty reaches level 10, they will randomly increase a non-maxed trait level every time they gain 3,000 experience points, offering an alternative development route. A new star button has also been added on Patty’s detailed view screen to prevent accidental synthesis or release of precious Pattys, enhancing overall usability.

Balance Adjustments and UI Improvements

To streamline gameplay between bakery management and dungeon exploration, various balance adjustments have been implemented. These include relaxed requirements for weapon modifications, enabling broader strategic possibilities from early gameplay. Economic aspects of bakery operations, such as selling prices and income, have been adjusted for a smoother experience for players managing their bakery business.

The game now also allows players to track their completion status for each stage of the "Path to the Hero" on the world map. The materials earned after calculating bonus traits are directly displayed in the Patty dispatch preview, enhancing user experience significantly.

Steam Community and Points Shop

Alongside the Version 1.1.0 update, Aeruta has introduced a new Steam community item and point shop, where gamers can enhance their Steam profiles with adorable items of Chaya and her friends.

About Aeruta

Aeruta features Chaya, a young fox girl who aspires to be an adventurer. After an incident during a quest leads her to accidentally destroy the bakery’s oven, she begins working there to pay for the repairs. A chance discovery of a shard from the “Alta Crystal” sets off a series of events that will impact the world.

This game beautifully blends action-packed dungeon expeditions with bakery management simulation. Players take on the role of Chaya, aiming to rebuild the bakery while navigating adventures revolving around the elusive Alta Crystal, seamlessly intertwining two gameplay styles.

Earned income can be reinvested into repairing the bakery and enhancing stats for dungeon adventuring. Furthermore, development within the surrounding Wheat Square attracts more customers to the bakery, ultimately boosting revenue.

Engaging Story and Characters

As players progress through the storyline, they will meet various supporting characters that enhance both the adventures and bakery management aspects of the game. Increasing your affinity with these characters unlocks special episodes revealing their stories. Mini-games such as running games and rhythm challenges also diversify gameplay, and new features like the “Patty Farm” allow players to nurture dough monsters and take them into dungeon challenges or assist with bakery tasks.
