This financial package is specifically designated for the refinancing of two premier properties: the Viewline Resort and the Wildwood Hotel, located in the heart of Snowmass, Colorado.

Located mid-mountain, the Viewline Resort impressively features 254 guest rooms, including 20 luxurious suites, complemented by the Lupine Spa, a private ski and bike concierge, and a heated mountainside pool complete with a sun deck. This property also boasts state-of-the-art facilities with a combined 24,000 square feet of event space, making it an ideal destination for both families and corporate gatherings. The Wildwood Hotel, nearby, offers a cozy-chic ambiance and is strategically positioned just steps away from Snowmass Village, enhancing the overall allure of this prime location.
