A Sweet Collaboration with 'Reboot'

PAQUET MONTÉ, Japan's first and world's premier specialty shop for French flan pâtissier, is delighted to announce an exciting collaboration with the TBS Sunday drama "Reboot." This initiative features a limited-time offering of three exquisite sweets designed by the show's lead character, patissier Hayase Riku, portrayed by Ryōhei Suzuki.

From January 25 to March 29, these delectable treats will be available every Sunday, exclusively at PAQUET MONTÉ's main store and its Echika Omotesando location. Customers can enjoy these sweets in a unique standing eat-in format, along with a one-drink order system at the main store.

The collaboration brings to life the sweets featured in the drama, beautifully styled and made with additive-free ingredients aligned to the brand's concept. This includes:

1. Hayase Cream Puff (Hayasé Choux): Priced at 1,900 yen for a box of two or 850 yen for a single item at the main location. - Release Dates: January 25, February 1, March 8, and March 22.

2. Hayase Shortcake (Hayasé Short): This elegant treat is priced at 2,200 yen for a box of two, or 1,000 yen for a single item available only at the main store. Notably, each dessert comes with a limited edition sticker and an announcement card.

About PAQUET MONTÉ

As a brand, PAQUET MONTÉ captures the essence of "a sophisticated French snack" through its commitment to using only the highest quality, additive-free ingredients. The flagship product, the Flan Pâtissier, features a specialty technique that combines a multi-layer pastry with a flavorful base, resulting in a delightful contrast of flaky and creamy textures. The flan uses fresh eggs from Nagasaki's organic-fed chickens and rich French butter combined with aromatic vanilla beans.

This collaboration allows fans of both the drama and the bakery to experience the delightful creations directly, making it an exciting intersection of visual storytelling and delectable tastes.

Chef Tamami Honda, who trained extensively in patisserie and has a background at renowned establishments, orchestrates this collaboration, ensuring that each dessert resonates with the nostalgia of traditional sweets while appealing to modern tastes.

As the drama's story unfolds—centered around a baker wrongfully accused of a crime—viewers are encouraged to indulge in these exclusive sweets that bring an added layer of enjoyment to the viewing experience.

Join us at PAQUET MONTÉ to savor these treats and immerse yourself in the world of "Reboot" through taste!
