THE CITY BAKERY at Canal City Hakata, are set to open on
July 18.
A Unique Concept Inspired by Local Flavors
THE CITY BAKERY is stepping out of its traditional comfort zone by introducing a teppanyaki grill using fresh ingredients sourced from
Kyushu. Known for its rich culinary heritage, Fukuoka offers a vibrant backdrop for this fresh venture. Visitors will have the opportunity to indulge in delectable grilled seafood, meats, and vegetables complemented with home-baked bread from THE CITY BAKERY.

Celebrating a Decade in Japan
In celebration of its 10th anniversary in Japan, THE CITY BAKERY is also launching its first bakery and cafe venue in the Hakata area. This local favorite will showcase a range of products including NY-inspired breads and pastries, alongside popular items created right here in Fukuoka. This effort is geared towards making the bakery a beloved spot for both local residents and tourists visiting the bustling area for sightseeing and shopping.
