This unique collaboration features renowned floral artist Nicolai Bergmann, known for merging the aesthetics of Nordic and Japanese design, and JED's American Bistro, a restaurant that captures the essence of nature from Upstate New York. Together, they aim to rekindle the forgotten sensations of the seasons through an unforgettable dining experience, celebrated with the lush beauty of autumn.

In Japan's earlier days, the changing colors of trees and the seasonal bounties on our tables brought about vibrant experiences of nature. However, such moments have become rare in our modern lives. This event's theme emphasizes rekindling these sensations through the harmonious blend of nature, artwork, and gastronomy. Nicolai Bergmann's autumnal floral arrangements will beautifully accompany JED's signature course, offering guests a feast for all senses.

In addition to a night of exquisite dining, participants can also choose to join a special workshop at Nicolai Bergmann International School of Floristry on October 19, where they will create beautiful bouquets using autumn flowers.
