Unveiling the Beauty of Fragments in Art: We Are All Fragments
CACL Inc., led by Junichi Okuyama, is hosting a collaborative exhibition titled
'We Are All Fragments' at AWASE gallery in Shinjuku, Tokyo. This exhibition will take place from
January 10 to January 25, 2026. It aims to celebrate the essence of fragments—both in art and in our lives—while providing a space for learning and creativity for individuals of all ages.
About the Exhibition
The exhibition will showcase an array of innovative works, with a special focus on the
'one mesh' series, which includes beautifully crafted plates and small dishes. One of the highlights will be the presentation of the
'textone-NOTO-KAWARA' building material sample, created through a triple collaboration between LIXIL, Yuko Nagayama Architecture Design, and CACL; this project captures the cultural heritage of traditional Noto landscape while advancing into modern interpretations.
Additionally, the exhibition will include a
workshop on creating chopstick rests called
'HASHI STAND', which will be produced during the event and available for purchase.
