Shining a Spotlight on the Future Stars: TORA PROJECT 3rd Showcase 2026

TORA PROJECT 3rd Showcase 2026

On June 27, 2026, the TORA PROJECT hosted its 3rd showcase at HULIC HALL Tokyo, marking a significant milestone in the nurturing of the next generation of artists. This showcase was particularly special as it featured both afternoon and evening performances, a first for the program. The atmosphere was electric as trainees performed under the unifying theme of their “dreams,” offering audiences a rare glimpse into the talents that lie ahead in the world of music.

The event opened with a powerful narration proclaiming, "TORA PROJECT 3rd SHOWCASE 2026 begins now!" Instantly, all trainees took to the stage, delivering an impressive dance rendition of "The Greatest Show" that set the tone for the day. Next, the girls unveiled an original track, "AtoZ," enriched by the fresh energy of the newly joined 5th-generation members. Their outfits, inspired by school uniforms seen in the track's MV, enhanced the song's appeal, spotlighting the uniqueness of TORA PROJECT's girls’ offerings.

As the showcase progressed, the trainees displayed not only their individual talents but also the joy of collaboration through cover songs. NEIRO led the audience through introspective questions reminiscent of an audition setting, where each trainee shared their hobbies, skills, and aspirations before transitioning to a captivating performance of NiziU's "Make You Happy" alongside SAAYA, Koino, and others. This segment served as a testament to their impressive skills, merging cuteness with sharpness in their performance.

After this, MIHARU expressed her dreams and then joined LIYA and others to deliver BLACKPINK’s powerful anthem, "Kill This Love." The track allowed the performers to shine — their dance skills and rap elements gave each member a moment to display their high-performance capabilities.

The showcase took a personal turn with three solo performances, starting with AOI, who delivered a moving rendition of BoA's "VALENTI." This was AOI's first solo stage after having participated in previous showcases, and she certainly demonstrated her growth with remarkable vocal prowess. Next, Kira took the microphone with a bold choice, rapping EMINEM’s complex "Godzilla." With her native fluency in English and impressive rap skills, Kira skillfully captivated the audience with rapid-fire lyrics, commanding the stage effortlessly. Last but not least, Salajin delivered Justin Bieber’s "Sorry" with charm and humor. Her interaction with the audience added a light-hearted touch, showcasing the fun side of her performance.

The excitement escalated when Bestted took the stage next. During the daytime set, they performed "SnooZe," "As You Are," and "Swagger," and switched up their evening set with "CLIPPING!!!," "S+Way," and "Turning up." A memorable moment was when the trio gathered for a huddle on stage, savoring their final performance as part of TORA PROJECT. Despite EIJI sitting on a chair due to an ankle injury, his energy and vocal delivery fueled the group’s engaging performance, much to the delight of their supporters.

The show also featured an energetic performance from GANMI, the dynamic group led by Sota and Kazashi, who consistently serve as the overall directors for every showcase. Their new track, "CAR CHASE," in collaboration with TORA PROJECT's EIJI, YUITO, Rennosuke, and Salajin, showcased synchronized dance moves that held the audience's attention.

As the event approached its climax, TORA PROJECT unveiled two original songs, starting with "Rise Again," featuring EIJI, YUITO, Rennosuke, Kansai, Salajin, and YUTO. The chemistry among the performers radiated energy, showcasing diverse personalities that blend seamlessly into a powerful group dynamic, exemplifying how member changes can elevate the performance experience. Following that, LIYA, MIHARU, NEIRO, and Kira delivered "Our Day," with a chemistry unique to the four, making their collaboration truly captivating.

The grand finale featured a lively rendition of “ABC” by the Jackson 5. During this segment, LIYA announced the release of TORA's original tracks, "Our Day" and "Rise Again," available for streaming from June 28 at midnight. As the event drew to a close, all trainees joined in a celebratory moment, energizing the audience as they wrapped up an unforgettable evening where they shared their big dreams as part of the TORA PROJECT family. The future indeed looks bright for TORA PROJECT trainees, and we can’t wait to see where their journeys take them next.
