Starting September 1, 2025, Conrad Tokyo will launch its magnificent "Chef's Treat Lunch Buffet - Autumn Harvest" at the all-day dining location, 'Seriz'. This exciting buffet celebrates the rich flavors of autumn with a diverse array of dishes, showcasing seasonal ingredients sourced from all over Japan, including the famous sanma (autumn mackerel) from Hokkaido, katsu (bonito) from Tosa, and chestnuts from Aso.
As the skies become clearer and the colors of nature shift towards deeper hues, autumn in Japan brings forth bountiful flavors from land and sea straight to our tables. The buffet embodies a journey across Japan, highlighting seasonal specialties. From delightful sushi made with nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) to an exquisite assortment that enhances the tastes of fresh ingredients, guests will enjoy an unforgettable experience. Featuring dishes like sanma paired with eggplant, and liver with white shrimp, the buffet will stimulate the senses and showcase the beauty of autumn's harvest.
Additionally, an oyster station will serve premium New Zealand oysters, allowing guests to savor the creamy and rich seafood paired with their choice of condiments.
