Discussions will revolve around how thoughtful questioning acts as a driving force in organizations.

Session 3: Unified Global Talent Strategy


Date: November 19, 2025 | Time: 12:00 - 13:00
Theme: Asahi Group's Approach to Succession Planning for Next-generation Leaders.
This session will delve into the social demands of succession planning through a blend of theory and practice, focusing on examples from the Asahi Group. Insights will be shared by Shinichiro Uzawa, guest professor at Business Breakthrough University, and Hanekawa Kurokawa, Chief People Officer of Asahi Group Japan.

Session 4: Evolving HR through Technology


Date: December 3, 2025 | Time: 13:00 - 14:00
Theme: Rethinking Talent Management Skills in the AI Era.
Finally, the last session explores the role of human resource management in the AI age, contemplating the integration of data and intuition in talent development and evaluation strategies. Experts such as Takashi Iwamoto from Keio University and corporate leaders will share their insights on leveraging technology in HR.
