Contest Overview

The objective of the contest is to create original character concepts that will join the game as cooks, collaborating with the main characters in preparing delicious dishes. Selected entries will be featured in the game, providing an exciting chance for participation. The winning designer will also receive an Amazon gift card worth 30,000 yen as a reward.

Who Can Apply?

• - Character Theme: Culinary experts (cooks).
• - Designers must ensure that their character concepts fall within the general theme of the game, focusing on cooks.
• - Eligibility: Only residents of Japan are allowed to participate.
• - Participants can submit two entries each.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Follow the Official Isekai Kitchen Account: Ensure you follow the official account on X (@ik_yuzuki).
2. Application Form: Fill out the application form found here.
3. Please note that only text-based submissions are accepted, and illustrations are not required or allowed.
4. Character attributes such as race, age, and gender are mostly flexible; however, wizards and modern humans are not permitted.
- Races Allowed: In the Isekai Kitchen universe, participants can choose from a variety of races. The predominant races include humans, ogres, elves, and beastfolk, along with several other diverse and unknown races available for concept creation.

Contest Duration:

• - Start: December 18, 2025, at 14:00
• - End: January 19, 2026, at 23:59

Selected individuals will be contacted via the email address provided in the application form.

Prize for the Selected Concept:

• - Your character will be introduced as a new in-game character (as an SD character).
• - An Amazon gift card worth 30,000 yen.
• - Please understand that selected characters may be subject to revisions by the game development team.

Important Notes and Regulations:

• - Ownership rights for selected works will fully belong to Poppin Games Japan, including all associated rights.
• - Entries must be original, unpublished works. Any submissions that may defame individuals or violate public order will be disqualified.
• - Any breach of rules discovered after selection will result in disqualification.
• - All submissions are considered as agreement to accept all contest rules and terms.
• - Only residents of Japan are eligible to participate.

Changes to Character Design Upon Selection:

Even if your concept is exceptional, some adjustments may be necessary to align with Isekai Kitchen's lore and operational needs.

Similarity to Future Characters:

There is a possibility that future characters in Isekai Kitchen may resemble non-selected entries, though intentional mimicry of rejected concepts will not occur. Given the high volume of submissions, it becomes challenging to ensure complete originality in character designs.

If the development team is keen to adopt your design concept, they will proceed with formal selection and compensation accordingly. We value contributors and aim to maintain trust with our players.
