Hiroshi began his career as an engineer in a prominent IT firm, honing his skills in large-scale system backend development. After leading the development department in a small organization, he joined Smaregi in December 2022, where he focuses on the development of the Smaregi POS system and initiatives to enhance productivity. His extensive knowledge of technology, combined with organizational experience, drives the evolution of engineering teams and the multifaceted growth of products.

Taisei Miyaji
Senior Manager, AI Development Infrastructure Team, Development Division
Taisei kicked off his career in embedded industries as a software engineer in 2019. Since 2022, he has been working at Smaregi as a web engineer, leading product development and pushing for the application of generative AI across products. His work focuses on standardization and guardrail design necessary for development organizations in this AI era.
