Cowan, both partners at Rubin Rudman, have been elected to prominent leadership roles within the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA). With Caulfield stepping in as the co-vice chair of the MBA’s Business Law Section Council and Cowan ascended to co-chair of the Probate Law Section Council, they are poised to influence the legal landscape in Massachusetts.

Ariadna Caulfield


Ariadna Caulfield has made a significant mark in Rubin Rudman’s Corporate Group. Her expertise spans complex corporate, banking, and financial matters, making her a sought-after legal advisor for intricate corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity financing. Beyond her notable legal practice, Caulfield has received numerous accolades, highlighting her influence within the profession. Notable recognitions include her appearances in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s “Up and Coming Lawyers” for 2025 and the Boston Business Journal’s prestigious “40 Under 40” list for 2024.
