BTS's Long-Awaited Comeback in Japan
After a long hiatus of about seven years, the globally renowned K-pop sensation BTS is making a highly anticipated return to Japan. They have announced their grand world tour, titled
BTS WORLD TOUR, set to take place from 2026 to 2027. The tour marks the group's first large-scale event since the conclusion of their
BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE in Las Vegas in 2022. Fans in Japan are particularly excited as this will be the first concert since the
BTS WORLD TOUR ‘LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF’ – JAPAN EDITION in July 2019.
World Tour Details
The upcoming tour is ambitiously planned across
34 cities, encompassing
79 performances, solidifying its status as the largest single concert tour in K-pop history. Furthermore, this tour is expected to be the most extensive event in BTS's career to date. BTS will kick off the overseas leg of their tour with performances in
Tokyo Dome on
April 17th and 18th, 2026, following shows in Goyang, South Korea, earlier that month.
The concerts will feature a
360-degree stage design, enhancing the audience's immersion and overall live experience. This cutting-edge setup promises an unforgettable environment where fans can engage with the music and performance like never before.
