The Protean Career Association, based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, has appointed Masato Arisawa, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Isuzu Motors, as its new advisor. With extensive experience in global human resources, Arisawa aims to enhance the implementation of the Protean Career Theory, driving human resource strategies to maximize employee value.
To commemorate this significant appointment, a special talk event titled "Reforming HR Systems Based on Human Capital Management" will take place on July 18 at 11:00 AM. During this event, Arisawa, along with Co-President Toru Ariyama, will discuss effective HR practices to maximize talent value, sharing rich insights drawn from their substantial experience.

About Arisawa’s Background
After graduating from Keio University, Arisawa joined Kyowa Bank (now Resona Bank) in 1984, gaining an MBA in the USA. He later joined Hoya as HR Director, overseeing global HR operations, and played a crucial role in implementing comprehensive HR systems. In 2009, he joined AIU Insurance as an Executive Officer in HR and was instrumental in establishing a localized job grading system in Japan. In 2012, he became an advisor to Kagome, ultimately rising to the role of CHRO in 2017 before establishing HR GENESIS in 2024 and taking on his current position at Isuzu Motors.
