November 4, 2025, in

Guangzhou Metro now allows direct access to the fair with international bank cards, enabling effortless entry. Additionally, a themed daily pass, specifically for the Canton Fair, is available. The official fair app integrates a ticket sales function, making it easier for attendees to navigate their visits.
New intercity railways and metro lines significantly reduce travel time. The fairgrounds are conveniently connected to
Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport within
30 minutes and to major cities in the Bay Area within
one hour. Moreover, over
400 self-service kiosks at airports, train stations, and hotels facilitate quick credential collection upon arrival, ensuring a smooth transition from travel to commerce.
Culinary Delights and Cultural Activities
Culinary offerings at the fair have significantly expanded; the event serves over
110,000 meals daily. Attendees can enjoy more than
300 dishes, showcasing local Cantonese flavors as well as international cuisines. Additionally, the
Canton Fair Music and Cuisine Festival enriches the experience by combining gastronomy and entertainment, fostering cultural exchange amid commerce.
Overcoming Language Barriers
To address language challenges, four dedicated translation service points have been introduced throughout the venue, equipped with
400 translation devices and staffed by more than
100 professional interpreters. This initiative aims to facilitate smoother communication in the diverse international landscape of the fair.

Focused on resolving common issues faced in cross-border trade, the Canton Fair has rolled out a suite of professional on-site business support services. Strategically located along high-traffic exhibition routes, these support points are bolstered by
240 commercial service institutions that cover the entire business cycle: finance, insurance, logistics, product design, inspection, and consultancy. They provide immediate professional assistance without disrupting the attendee's experience.
Financial and tax refund services have also seen enhancements. All vendors now accept international credit cards, RMB digital, mobile payments, and cash. A newly established tax refund area within the complex allows outgoing visitors to directly request refunds, with nearly
250 out of 1,000 eligible stores in the city offering instant refunds.
