International Fellowship Launches Second Flags of Fellowship Campaign to Honor Victims of the October 7 Attacks
International Fellowship Launches the Second Annual Flags of Fellowship Campaign
The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (The Fellowship) has launched its second annual Flags of Fellowship campaign, aimed at commemorating the tragic events of October 7, 2023. In remembrance of the Hamas terror attacks on Israel, this initiative fosters solidarity with the Jewish community and emphasizes the ongoing fight against anti-Semitism worldwide. The campaign invites participation from churches, universities, and synagogues across the United States and Canada.
The flagship event will culminate with memorial services held on Sunday, October 5, 2025, to mark the second anniversary of the attacks. During these services, participants will display fields of 1,200 miniature Israeli flags, representing not only lives lost but also serving as a powerful message of support for Israel. This year's campaign seeks to expand its outreach significantly, striving to enlist 1,000 participating organizations nationwide, which already includes nearly 600 signatories.
Last fall, the inaugural Flags of Fellowship campaign saw participation from over 220 groups including churches and synagogues, and it was met with overwhelming support, leading The Fellowship to envision a much broader impact this year.
