At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026, Segway, a renowned leader in micromobility and light electric vehicles (LEV), showcased its expanded lineup of electric bicycles (e-bikes) alongside a revolutionary electric dirt bike. The unveiling included two aesthetically distinct e-bikes—the Myon and Muxi—each designed to cater to a broader audience than previous models like Xyber and Xafari.

Introducing the Myon and Muxi


The new Myon and Muxi e-bikes promise a significant enhancement in rider experience through advanced technology integration. These models are equipped with Segway’s Intelligent Ride System, featuring security features such as Apple Find My integration for locating bikes, AirLock for easy locking and unlocking, and a new Lost Mode that remotely disables the bike if stolen. The bikes come with a full-color HD display and intelligent lighting systems, ensuring safety and convenience during rides.

Nick Howe, head of e-bike development at Segway, emphasized that the innovations are designed to make cycling more approachable and accessible, particularly for those new to riding. With a focus on safety, the technologies draw inspiration from automotive engineering, ensuring a smoother, more intuitive experience for all riders.

Myon Specifications


The Myon, which is available now for $1,999.99, combines elegance and practicality. It features selectable Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike capabilities, a 9-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain, and TurboTuned motor optimization. The e-bike's electronic shifting system allows seamless gear transitions, promoting simplicity and efficiency without the need for mechanical knowledge. Myon's designs allow riders to personalize the ride experience with an optional Removable Toptube accessory, enhancing versatility.
