He advocates for DX not just as a tool but as a means to facilitate crucial managerial decisions. By leveraging a collaborative relationship with the group's tax service corporation, he focuses on crafting optimal business designs using SaaS. His approach aids in real-time visibility of financial situations and expedites monthly financial closures, thereby empowering executives to make swift and accurate decisions with a robust back-office system.
