As a youthful company with less than 30 employees, averaging 32 years of age, Interg successfully enabled its first male employee to take parental leave in 2024. Remarkably, a second male employee is also set to take advantage of this scheme in 2025, achieving an impressive 100% male parental leave rate as of September 2025. To ensure a comfortable transition into their new roles as fathers, the company fosters an open environment, encouraging experiences and testimonies from previous male employees who have navigated the leave process. This psychological support helps create a culture where employees feel secure in taking time off to care for their families.

- - Child Leave System: Employees are entitled to five days of leave per child per year for school events like enrollment ceremonies.
- - Care Leave: A maximum of five days of leave per year for accompanying family members during medical visits, with additional days provided for employees with school-age children.
- - Child Allowance: Monthly financial support for employees with children up to middle school age.
Each of these provisions aims to create a workplace that supports parenting without stigma, allowing all employees the opportunity to utilize necessary policies that align with their personal circumstances.
