Call for Indie Game Creators to Exhibit at OSAKA INDIE GAMES SUMMIT 2026

The OSAKA INDIE GAMES SUMMIT 2026, organized by Phoenixx Co., Ltd., officially opens the call for indie game creators to exhibit their work. Set against the theme "From Kansai to the World," this summit aims to showcase various creators’ talents and will take place in Osaka on October 3 and 4, 2026. The event promises to provide a unique platform for discovery and experience, making it a must-visit for creators and gamers alike.

The summit features an array of programs designed for both creators and the public. This includes B2B content such as business matching and gaming experiences offered by companies, along with stage performances and hands-on game experiences tailored for general attendees. The diverse offerings make it an excellent opportunity for indie game developers to connect with their audience and industry professionals.

Call for Participation

Wondering if you are eligible to exhibit? The summit is open for indie game creators who can display or distribute the following during the event:

- Self-developed PC games (including VR titles)
- Self-developed apps for smartphones or tablets
- Self-developed software for consumer game consoles (with manufacturer authorization for operation)
- Games that operate on self-created devices

> Note: Both new and existing works are welcome, and fan-made creations are also permissible. Participation is open to both domestic and international creators.

We do ask that you are present at the venue during the event as a rule.
Exhibition Fee: Free
Application Period:

- First Call: April 30 (Thursday) - June 14 (Sunday) 23:59 JST
- Second Call: June 15 (Monday) - July 13 (Monday) 23:59 JST
