Her remarkable capacity to navigate different cultures and languages led her to be recognized among the top 30 employees in 2023, a testament to her skill and determination. "Working in diverse cultural contexts is challenging, especially with language barriers, but it has been a rich learning experience for me," Souza stated, reflecting on her journey.
