Bell System 24 Achieves Prestigious 'PLATINUM' Rank in White Company Certification



Bell System 24, headquartered in Minato City, Tokyo, has recently been honored with the highest certification rank, 'PLATINUM', by the Japan Next-Generation Enterprises Promotion Organization, commonly referred to as the White Foundation. This prestigious certification is the only one of its kind in Japan, independently evaluating companies based on a set of 70 questions designed to assess their commitment to becoming 'white companies'.

The evaluation framework is divided into seven indicators: business model/productivity, diversity & inclusion, flexible work styles, health management, talent development/job satisfaction, risk management, and compliance with labor laws. Each company is assessed comprehensively and allocated into one of five ranks, namely 'PLATINUM', 'GOLD', 'SILVER', 'BRONZE', or 'REGULAR'. Last year, Bell System 24 received the 'GOLD' rank and has now successfully ascended to the 'PLATINUM' level by emphasizing continuous improvement across these indicators.

Over the past year, the company has made significant strides particularly in three key areas: talent development/job satisfaction, flexible working arrangements, and diversity & inclusion.
