By combining their strengths, the two companies introduced the 'AI Mock Interview' early in their collaboration, supporting candidates' selection preparation. This prompted the idea to implement AI in the pre-counseling process as well, leading to the development of the 'AI Pre-Counseling' system over six months.
How AI Pre-Counseling Works
The newly created AI Pre-Counseling system offers candidates an opportunity to receive counseling from AI before the official meeting with their career advisor. Previously, candidates had to enter their preferences and backgrounds through a form before the consultation—a step that is now replaced by an interactive conversation with the AI. This allows candidates to engage in pre-counseling anytime, including nights and weekends, while they can articulate their strengths and core values without needing to fill out forms.
Furthermore, based on feedback from over 100 job seekers who used the AI mock interview service, the AI avatar has been significantly improved in the way questions are phrased and ordered, making conversations easier and more accessible. The content captured by the AI is shared with career advisors, enabling them to delve deeper into candidates' preferences and values during the main consultation, resulting in tailored job proposals.
