Colorful Days Forum at the
Industrial Trade Center from 10 AM to 4 PM, directed towards job seekers with disabilities and support personnel. This event provides a unique opportunity for participants to learn about various work styles, engage in interactive experiences, and receive valuable insights into employment pathways.

Our Commitment
Company Start Line operates several satellite offices in Kanagawa, including INCLU (employment support services), IBUKI (indoor farming employment services), and BYSN (roastery employment services), providing support for approximately
760 individuals with disabilities in the region. Through our engagement with local individuals and support staff, we frequently encounter the following sentiments:
