Activate Launches in Berlin: A New Era of Gaming Experience

Activate, the leading entertainment experience known for its rapid growth in North America, has officially opened its first location in Germany's vibrant capital, Berlin. This large facility marks Activate's entry into the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and promises to deliver an innovative approach to group entertainment.

Located within the bustling Mall of Berlin, the complex spans an impressive 938 square meters and features 11 gaming rooms filled with over 800 challenge levels, providing a thrilling atmosphere for participants of all ages. The integration of RFID technology allows players to track their progress across different rooms, enabling them to level up, unlock achievements, and collect rewards, aptly named “Next Level” rewards.

Each room offers high-paced physical and mental challenges designed to test participants’ speed, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Teams can consist of between two to five players, making this an excellent outing for friends, families, or corporate groups looking to engage in teamwork and fun.

The Berlin location will be the first of several planned openings throughout the DACH region, with a new site set to launch in Fürth later this month at the Next Level Funpark, featuring 12 gaming rooms. Further expansions will include a venue in Wiesbaden at the Lili Mall in November and a location in Vienna in spring 2027. Additional sites are also on the horizon across Switzerland.
