Michelle and Tony Cozzaglio in Oklahoma, the Oddities and Curiosities Expo has expanded rapidly, recognizing a growing passion for its unique offerings. The event aims to create a nurturing space for oddball small businesses and artists to flourish. “We wanted to provide a community where individuals can be themselves and connect with others who appreciate the beautiful oddities of life,” Michelle shares.
The expo has grown immensely, showcasing the best exhibitors in the industry and continuously improving to meet the desires of its attendees. “With every event, we curate experiences that resonate with our guests, allowing them to enjoy an unforgettable day,” she adds.
Special Workshops
In addition to an outstanding marketplace, the expo offers exclusive workshops. Guests can sign up for
a day-long taxidermy class where participants will learn to create their own full-sized taxidermy mounts. These classes will vary by location, with options for various beginner and advanced levels. Other educational events will include
insect pinning and
wet specimen preservation workshops, providing hands-on experiences with sustainably sourced specimens.
These classes, hosted by
The Sleeping Sirens, are designed to ensure participants are equipped with the materials needed to learn the basics while exploring the captivating world of taxidermy and entomology. Notably, all animals used in these courses have been ethically sourced and passed naturally, ensuring a commitment to humane practices throughout the event.
