Sony Music Entertainment has officially launched a special fan book and CD drama for the animated series "Aoi no Sora, Kimi ni Eru!" along with its theme song titled "SPARKLE DAYS". This project is based on the grand prize-winning work from the "Kuso Anime Awards Vol. 2" hosted by the short story posting site monogatary.com. This platform allows users to freely submit stories based on daily prompts, encouraging creativity and engagement through illustrations and comments. Notably, the site previously birthed the popular musical unit YOASOBI, showcasing significant talent.

The project conceptualized a novel exploring what if it were to become an anime, aptly named the "Kuso Anime Project." The latest installment boasts an upgraded experience, featuring a special fan book that includes setting materials, character interviews, and more, alongside a CD containing voice dramas and the theme song.

In addition to the fan book, a music video inspired by the anime's opening theme, "SPARKLE DAYS (TV-size)," has been released recently—adding visual excitement to the package.

About the Story

The plot revolves around Eiri, a first-year student at Ichidai High School, whose heart is captivated by the cheerleading club's performance at the entrance ceremony. Unable to shake the memory of that moment, Eiri finds herself at a crossroads regarding which club to join. Encouraged by childhood friend Saya, she visits the cheerleading clubroom, where she is warmly welcomed by the club president, Ayari, and manager, Shion. As Eiri stands before her admired Ayari, she feels both excited and anxious. Additionally, her sister Shion brings along Enka, adding more dynamics to the cheerleading club's five-member camaraderie.
