Starting on November 6, 2025, couples will have the opportunity to book romantic wedding photographs set against the sparkling backdrop of the Hibiya Nakamichi illumination.

Plan Details

The sales period for this unique package runs from December 1, 2025, to February 27, 2026 (excluding December 27 to January 4). Priced at 700,000 JPY, this enchanting experience will ensure that your special day is beautifully captured in an exquisite setting.

A Unique Experience

Photographers will have the privilege of capturing your wedding moments at the Hibiya Nakamichi walkway, renowned for its stunning seasonal lights. This exclusive plan is designed to enhance the joy of couples as they commemorate their special day with memorable photographs in one of Tokyo's most romantic locales.

The Imperial Hotel Tokyo has been offering its wedding photo plan since October 2023. Couples have enjoyed this service both as pre-ceremony photo shoots and as a cherished keepsake in place of traditional wedding ceremonies or receptions. With the increasing demand for outdoor wedding photography, this winter plan has been developed in partnership with the Hibiya Area Management Association, ensuring all requisite permissions for capturing these magical moments are secured.

Plan Inclusions

• - Photography Locations: Choose from three scenic paths:

- Route 1: Hibiya Nakamichi walkway, Rendezvous AWA, Main Lobby, Main Entrance
- Route 2: Hibiya Nakamichi walkway, Theater Side Terrace, Main Lobby, Main Entrance
- Route 3: Hibiya Nakamichi walkway, Chapel, Main Lobby, Main Entrance

• - Attire: Couples can select outfits from prestigious designers including Hatsuko Endo Weddings, YUMI KATSURA, or Takashimaya Maison de Costume, carefully curated for outdoor shooting.
• - Services Included:

- One outfit for both the groom and bride
- On-site hair and make-up at the hotel's Bridal Salon
- Bouquet and boutonniere
- Professional phot shooting service
- Delivery of 60 photo data files
- On-site assistance during the shoot

In the event of inclement weather, the plan allows for a refund of the outdoor fee (50,000 JPY), transitioning to an indoor photo session. This guarantees that every couple will retain wonderful keepsakes, regardless of the weather.

Bridal Fair

To further assist couples in making choices, The Imperial Hotel will host a Bridal Fair on November 30, 2025. Attendees will not only view outfits from three exclusive partner brands but also sample the hotel’s renowned cuisine, featuring their top-selling salmon appetizer, showcasing a beautiful start to wedding celebrations. Note that this fair is available for first-time guests only.
