Suzhou, a city in eastern China, recently played host to the World AI Expo 2024, an exciting two-day event focused on showcasing the latest advancements and applications in artificial intelligence (AI). In a significant development, the common post-doctoral center for the Suzhou AI industry innovation cluster was inaugurated, reinforcing collaboration with the local industrial community. A total of 24 AI+ programs were contracted during the expo, indicating a promising enhancement of the AI industry ecosystem in Suzhou. Additionally, the event presented a comprehensive list detailing 20 AI+ scenario requests across various sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, education, governmental affairs, and finance, which highlights the versatile applications of AI technology.
