From May 1, 2023, the special 'Golden Week Festival' will kick off, bringing exclusive steak options available for a limited time. Due to the finite quantity of these gourmet selections, the specific cuts and brands of the meat will vary by region.

In the Kanto and Kyushu regions, diners can indulge in the Charcoal-Grilled Black Wagyu Sirloin Steak, while in the Tokai area (Aichi, Gifu, Mie, Shizuoka), the Charcoal-Grilled Grape Wagyu Sirloin Steak will be served. For customers in the Kansai region, the flagship dish is the Charcoal-Grilled Premium Thick Cut Harami.

Bronco Billy's limited-time offerings, carefully selected by knowledgeable buyers, have garnered immense popularity over the years. Notably, the sirloin steaks feature two highly sought-after brands: Black Wagyu and Grape Wagyu, ensuring a premium experience. The harami will be served in thick cuts taken from high-quality U.S. beef, enhancing its mouthfeel and satisfaction.
