Get ready for an extraordinary weekend as Nagahama Romance Beer brings the essence of Shiga Prefecture to Tokyo! On September 20th and 21st, at COCO Shiga in Nihonbashi, you are invited to a tasting event and a special dinner that showcases a wide range of exquisite craft beers and whiskies.

Tasting Event Details

During the tasting event on September 20th and 21st, attendees will have the chance to sample the classic Nagahama beers including "Nagahama Ale," "Omi Pilsner," and "Ibuki Weizen." As a special highlight, the event will feature the limited-edition "Nagahama Fresh Hop IPA" that is only available for a short period. Moreover, you won’t want to miss the prestigious blended malt whisky series "AMAHAGAN" that emerged from Japan's smallest distillery, offering a rich tasting experience for connoisseurs.

One exciting addition to this year's event is the collaboration with the beloved local mascot of Hikone City, "Hikonyan." The limited-edition bottle, "AMAHANYAN Sakura Cask Blend," will be available exclusively on September 21st. This is a unique opportunity for both beer enthusiasts and fans of Hikonyan, making it a must-visit event!

Special Dinner Event

On September 20th, there will also be a special pairing dinner from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the restaurant on the 2nd floor, "Omi Beef Morishima Kankan at COCO Shiga." Guests will experience a delightful culinary journey where expertly crafted Nagahama beers and whiskies are paired with gourmet dishes, specially created to enhance every sip.

Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to sign up early if you're interested!
