The Inaugural Bird Festival in Kitakyushu
Bird enthusiasts rejoice! The first-ever "Bird Festival Kitakyushu" is set to take place on July 12 and 13, 2025, at the West Japan General Exhibition Center in Kokura, directly adjacent to JR Kokura Station. Organized by
Kotori Cafe, known for its delightful bird-themed atmosphere, this event promises a weekend of vibrant activities designed specifically for bird lovers.
Event Highlights
The festival will showcase a variety of creations from popular artisans from across the country, featuring unique bird-themed products available for direct purchase. Visitors can expect to find everything from charming handmade items to practical goods tailored for bird care.
Two renowned manufacturers are among the exhibitors:
Kurose Pet Food Co., Ltd., specializing in bird feed, and
Toyohaku Metal Industries, known for their high-quality birdcages, making it a comprehensive event for pet owners and bird lovers alike.
This festival is a perfect occasion for bird lovers to come together and share their passion. A total of 427 tsubo (about 1,409 square meters) of exhibition space will be filled with vibrant displays and unique products, creating an inviting atmosphere for participants and attendees.
