Speaker Profile


Daiki Watanabe, Business Development Head at Persol Innovation's Reskilling Camp Company, began his career at Alibaba in the Sales & Marketing department in Japan. He then transitioned to a medical venture, Medley, where he was involved in business promotion and sales planning.

In 2019, Watanabe founded his own consultancy, delivering sales DX and organizational transformation strategies to over 150 companies, facilitating five IPOs along the way. His expertise spans various domains, including sales organization reforms, CRM utilization, and content marketing. Since 2024, he has also contributed to Reskilling Camp by enhancing business value and overseeing marketing initiatives. Additionally, he has been a guest lecturer at Seijo University since 2019.
