Irvine Spectrum Center Unveils Spectrum SunWheel

The Irvine Spectrum Center is set to celebrate the grand opening of the new Spectrum SunWheel, scheduled for Saturday, September 19, at 10 a.m. This towering Ferris wheel stands at an impressive 132 feet, outshining its predecessor by 24 feet, offering exhilarating views that enhance the community experience at this popular Southern California destination.

Manufactured by the Fabbri Group, a prominent Italian company known for creating observation wheels across renowned global locations, the Spectrum SunWheel replaces the old Giant Wheel, which was a much-loved attraction since its launch in 2002. With this transition, the Irvine Spectrum Center aims to offer visitors a memorable and enhanced experience through various upgraded features.

The Spectrum SunWheel boasts 27 new gondolas, each capable of seating up to six passengers comfortably.
