The Innovative Journey Behind 'Tunagou'
The creation of 'Tunagou' stemmed from over 20 years of experience in the funeral industry through LIVENT’s offerings, which have involved handling more than 10,000 customer inquiries. Many families expressed the desire to preserve not just memories but also the connections shared with their loved ones as they face loss. With a rising trend in smaller funerals and increased instances of solitary deaths at home, it has become increasingly important to promote sharing memories and preserving family histories, which led to the conception of this service.

Testimonials from 'Tunagou' Users:
Since its launch, users have shared heartfelt feedback on their experiences using 'Tunagou':

  • - “Invited to Tunagou by the bereaved, I posted nostalgic photos, which facilitated storytelling not just within the family but also among friends.”
