This summer-themed afternoon tea celebrates the luscious sweetness and refreshing essence of melon and peach, showcasing a selection of 12 unique sweets and savories that highlight these fruits' delightful flavors.

An Exquisite Menu to Tempt Your Taste Buds

Among the exquisite sweet offerings is the "Peach and Fromage Blanc Roll Cake," where airy chiffon sponge envelops a delicate blend of fromage blanc cream and poached peaches. The visually stunning "Melon Opera" features seven layers of almond sponge paired with rich buttercream made from both red and green melons. For a warm indulgence, the "Peach Pie" is baked fresh just before serving, delivering a golden, crunchy crust paired with a delightful filling. In total, the sweet collection features nine beautifully presented items crafted by Pastry Chef Hiroshi Shimizu.

Also included is a seasonal fruit platter featuring domestically sourced red and green melons, as well as peaches curated by variety for peak freshness.
