Brandon Handy, who is now based at TERREPOWER's Corporate Center in Dallas, Texas, joined the organization in 2022 as the Vice President of Talent Management. He brought with him over 16 years of strategic human resources leadership experience. Prior to working at TERREPOWER, Handy was the global head of human resources at Owens Corning, where he played a pivotal role in standardizing HR processes, optimizing talent initiatives, and spearheading inclusion and diversity programs.
His extensive background also includes significant leadership roles at industry giants such as Trinity Industries, Kohl's Department Stores, and Pfizer. Throughout his career, Handy has gained invaluable insights into HR strategies, safety protocols, and business alignment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Florida A&M University. Additionally, he has earned certifications in human resources from both the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management, along with an Industrial Safety and Health certification from Georgia Tech.
