Beelink Launches Wildcat Lake Series Featuring Intel 18A Technology
Beelink, a rising player in the tech industry, has made significant strides with the introduction of its first product series built on Intel's innovative Wildcat Lake low-power platform. This launch is a notable advancement, combining high performance, AI capabilities, and remarkable energy efficiency tailored for compact desktop systems.
The newly launched series encompasses two mini PCs and a NAS device, marking Beelink as the pioneering brand to implement Wildcat Lake across multiple product categories. At the heart of this platform lies Intel's cutting-edge 18A process technology. This process introduces advanced transistors known as RibbonFET, alongside a rear power delivery system, PowerVia. These innovations enhance power efficiency, thermal performance, and signal stability far beyond the capabilities of earlier FinFET designs.
Alongside these advancements, the new platform integrates Intel's latest performance cores, Cougar Cove, alongside efficiency-focused Darkmont cores. This architectural redesign offers superior performance while minimizing energy consumption, making it a compelling option for both everyday users and tech enthusiasts.
All products in the Wildcat Lake series are powered by the Intel Core 3 304 processor. This chip features one performance core and four efficiency cores, integrated Xe3-LPG graphics, and an AI-focused neural processing unit (NPU). In comparison to its predecessor, the Core i3-N305, the Core 3 304 boasts an impressive single-core performance increase of 120% and approximately 60% better multi-core efficiency. The processor is also capable of delivering up to 24 TOPS for AI workloads, enabling enhanced productivity through AI-assisted capabilities, real-time intelligent applications, and local inferencing.
The range consists of three distinct systems, each equipped with double USB4 ports and a 10GbE network interface, tailored for various usage scenarios. The EQ Mini targets minimalist desktop configurations, boasting an ultra-compact design with an integrated power supply of 45W, perfect for everyday productivity and AI workloads. The EQi steps up with dual networking capabilities, combining 10GbE and 2.5GbE Ethernet, and provides an 85W power supply, making it suitable for networking tasks, edge computing, and multitasking environments.
Lastly, the ME Pro merges the functionality of a mini PC with NAS capabilities in a compact platform, featuring two 3.5-inch drive bays and supporting both 10GbE and 2.5GbE networks, designed for high-capacity storage driven applications in productivity and AI use cases.
This new product lineup not only reflects the growing trend toward compact AI-ready desktops but also emphasizes efficiency, connectivity, and versatile deployment options. By leveraging modern AI acceleration while maintaining low energy consumption, Beelink positions its Wildcat Lake systems as practical solutions for individuals, creators, small businesses, and cutting-edge computing environments.
With the launch of this series, Beelink aims to bring Intel's 18A technology and AI acceleration to broader audiences, extending AI-capable PCs beyond high-end markets into the realm of everyday computing. The move signifies a visionary approach to making powerful, efficient technology accessible to all.
